You can now access our patient portal. At your next visit, you will be given a PIN number to use to log on. On this portal you will be able to view summaries of office visits, get patient education information, and send requests to the office for appointments and refills. If you do the latter, please be as specific as possible so that the staff can respond as efficiently as possible. We are excited about our new system.
